Size: A4 framed print (12 x 16" when framed) or A3 (16 x 20" when framed)

Paper: Printed on 240gsm semi gloss artpaper

Items are printed in multiple locations (Hong Kong, Australia, UK, Netherlands and the US.) Where your item is printed/shipped from will be determined by your shipping address.

All Hong Kong orders are dispatched via SF Express.

Art Prints: Dispatched within 2-4 working days (personalised artwork and cards may take longer subject to artwork approvals, usually 5-7 days)

Canvases: Dispatched within 2-4 working days approx (personalised orders subject to artwork approvals)

For international orders dispatch times may vary but are normally within 2-3 working days for non personalised items. 5-7 days for personalised items (subject to artwork approvals) However shipping times may be longer.

All personalised orders and those coming from overseas are tracked. However we have no control over unexpected delays with postal services.

Tax/Custom Duties: When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is respobsilble for any custom duties that may be imposed.
